Refund Policy

At CofUp, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring you have the best possible experience from start to finish.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to support you at every step.

We know that things don’t always go as expected, which is why we’ve created flexible, personalized solutions to make any issue easy to resolve — so your experience remains smooth and worry-free.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please
do not send your return to the sender's address, as returns are processed at a dedicated central warehouse.

Partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 90 days after delivery

14-Day Guarantee (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day guarantee, please follow these steps (also shown on the website before checkout):

Step 1: Use the product for at least 7 days
Step 2: Take photos and document your product usage
Step 3: Contact us via email at support@cofupbrand.com, sending the photos/videos along with a detailed explanation of why you’re not satisfied
Step 4: Our team will carefully review your request and get back to you within 3 business days. If approved, you will receive full return instructions, including the address of our central returns warehouse.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Next, contact your bank — refunds can take time to be processed and appear on your statement

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your product is malfunctioning, please contact us at support@cofupbrand.com
 and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement at
no additional cost.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If we incur any additional charges upon receiving your return (e.g., customs fees, unpaid postage, or handling fees), these will be
deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for a replacement product to reach you may vary.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
